The Honda Elevate facelift gets a sharper look, more premium features and improved cabin insulation, while retaining its 1.5-litre petrol engine and existing gearbox options.
Honda has introduced the 2026 Elevate facelift in India with prices starting at Rs 11.80 lakh to Rs 18.40 lakh (ex-showroom). The mid-size SUV gets its first major update since its 2023 introduction, with mostly styling, equipment and cabin comfort changes. Here are the five key updates that distinguish the new Elevate from the outgoing model.
1. New Front And Rear Lighting
The most noticeable change is to the Elevate’s exterior lighting. The SUV now gets a segmented LED DRL strip positioned above the grille, connecting the existing LED headlamps. The grille has also been redesigned with a new mesh pattern and gloss-black finish, while the fog lamp housings now get a body-coloured finish.
Honda has moved the logo from the grille to the leading edge of the bonnet. At the rear, a new LED light bar connects the tail-lamps, giving the SUV a wider visual stance. The alloy wheel design remains unchanged.
2. Ventilated Seats For Front And Rear
The cabin gets one of the most significant equipment upgrades. Both front seats are now powered and ventilated, while the rear seats also get a ventilation function — a segment-first feature, according to Honda.
The facelift also gets capacitive-touch rear LED reading lamps and factory-fitted ambient lighting on higher variants. The dashboard has been updated with white leatherette padding and stitching, replacing the faux wood trim used on the outgoing model.
3. 360-Degree Camera And More Safety Features
The new Honda Elevate gets a factory-fitted 360-degree camera, replacing the need for an accessory solution on the higher variants. Honda has also added front parking sensors and rear disc brakes.
The Honda Sensing ADAS suite now includes adaptive cruise control with low-speed follow on CVT variants. Six airbags, a lane-watch camera and other existing safety features continue to be offered.
4. Better Cabin Insulation
Honda has also addressed one of the key criticisms of the outgoing Elevate — cabin noise. The facelift gets additional sound-deadening material, which Honda claims reduces NVH levels and improves refinement inside the cabin.
The improvement should be particularly noticeable at higher engine speeds.
5. Same Petrol Engine, Manual And CVT Options
Despite the equipment and styling changes, there are no mechanical changes. The Elevate continues with its 1.5-litre naturally aspirated four-cylinder petrol engine producing 121hp and 145Nm.
Buyers can choose between a six-speed manual and a CVT automatic. Honda claims fuel efficiency of 15.31kpl for the manual and 16.61kpl for the CVT. The Elevate continues to miss the 1.5-litre strong-hybrid powertrain available with the City.

| V | Rs 12.29 lakh | Rs 13.79 lakh |

| ZX+ | Rs 16.80 lakh | Rs 18.30 lakh |

The 2026 Honda Elevate facelift remains mechanically familiar, but the added equipment, refreshed styling and improved insulation make it a more complete package than before. With prices still starting at Rs 11.80 lakh, Honda has focused on addressing some of the SUV’s biggest shortcomings while keeping its proven petrol powertrain unchanged.
