Bajaj’s upcoming affordable adventure motorcycle has been spotted testing and could arrive in Brazil by December 2026 before making its way to India.
Bajaj Auto’s new adventure motorcycle could arrive soon, as the company’s Brazil division has hinted at a December 2026 launch for the upcoming model. The motorcycle is expected to be positioned as an affordable ADV and could reportedly be called the Bajaj Trekker. It is likely to compete in the growing entry-level adventure motorcycle segment.
Launch In Brazil Expected By December 2026
The new adventure bike could go on sale in Brazil by the end of 2026. Bajaj Brazil Executive Director Waldyr Ferreira has hinted at a December launch timeline. While he did not reveal an exact date, his comments suggested that the motorcycle could reach customers before Christmas 2026.
Bajaj is reportedly already shipping some units to Brazil for testing and evaluation. With the motorcycle also having been spotted testing in India, its India launch could follow soon after the Brazil debut.
Adventure Bike Design
The test mule has several features expected from a proper adventure motorcycle rather than a crossover-style bike.
It gets a raised front fender, a tall handlebar, a long single-piece seat and a slim mid-section. The motorcycle also appears to feature long-travel suspension, significant ground clearance, and a 21-inch front and 17-inch rear spoked-wheel setup.
The test bike was also spotted with a saree guard, indicating that the India-spec model is being developed with local requirements in mind.
Expected 250cc Engine
Bajaj is likely to use a 250cc engine for its upcoming adventure bike. The Pulsar N250 was seen alongside the ADV during testing, suggesting that the new motorcycle could use an air/oil-cooled engine rather than a liquid-cooled unit.
However, Bajaj has not released any official power and torque figures yet.
Expected Price And Rivals
The upcoming Bajaj adventure bike is expected to be priced at around Rs 2 lakh (ex-showroom), placing it directly in the affordable ADV segment.
It could rival motorcycles such as the Hero XPulse 210, while upcoming models like the Honda XR300L could further intensify competition in this space.
