50 Units Each! MG M9 and Cyberster Couture Editions Now Open for Booking

Exclusive designer editions of the MG M9 and Cyberster will be limited to just 50 units each, with prices set to be announced on August 3.

MG Motor India has opened pre-bookings for the limited-edition Couture versions of its flagship EVs—the M9 luxury MPV and the Cyberster electric roadster. Created in partnership with world-famous fashion designer Gaurav Gupta, the special editions of these vehicles will be available in just 50 units each. Pricing for these special editions will be revealed on August 3, while pre-bookings are open through MG Motor’s premium retail channel, MG SELECT.

Inspired by Gaurav Gupta’s Couture Design Elements

Among all the features of the Couture Editions, the bespoke design stands out the most. The two special-edition models draw inspiration from the signature Serpent Infinity design and feature unique styling elements crafted by Gaurav Gupta.

The Cyberster Couture Edition was also unveiled as part of Gaurav Gupta’s Light Song collection during a fashion show in Mumbai.

Apart from the design elements, there are no mechanical or equipment changes.

Availability via MG SELECT Only

MG will sell both Couture Editions exclusively through its MG SELECT dealerships. Customers interested in these variants can book them before the price announcement on August 3.

Given that only 50 units of each model will be produced, the Couture Editions are likely to attract collectors and buyers seeking exclusivity.

Battery, Performance and Price of the M9 Couture Edition

The M9 Couture Edition remains mechanically identical to the standard M9. It is powered by a front-mounted electric motor producing 245hp and 350Nm of torque, paired with a 90kWh battery pack.

It offers an ARAI-certified range of 548km on a single charge and is priced at Rs 75.90 lakh (ex-showroom).

Battery, Performance and Price of the MG Cyberster

The MG Cyberster Couture Edition continues with the existing dual-motor setup, producing 510hp and 725Nm of torque.

Power comes from a 77kWh battery pack, offering an MIDC-certified range of up to 580km. The standard Cyberster is priced at Rs 77.50 lakh (ex-showroom).

Exclusivity Guaranteed

Prices for both Couture Editions will be announced on August 3, along with delivery details. With only 50 units of each model available in India, these special editions are likely to become some of the rarest electric vehicles in MG India’s lineup.
