Segment-first TFT screen, 99+ connected features, and new Nitro Green shade boost appeal of TVS Raider 125
TVS Motor Company has unveiled the facelifted 2026 Raider 125 model range with an all-new top-of-the-line TFT DD variant, available at Rs 98,550 (ex-showroom). One of the best-selling models in the company’s 125cc category, the Raider is now getting better with more colours and enhanced connectivity technology for young bikers.
New Colour Variations
The new 2026 Raider 125 motorcycle range features an all-new Nitro Green colour variant that comes in TFT DD and SXC DD variants. This colour is available alongside other existing options like Metallic Blue and Striking Red, offering more choices to buyers.
The Nitro Green colour brings a premium feel to the motorcycle and is featured prominently on the front section. The front cowl, fuel tank, fender tip, and side panels are all painted in Nitro Green with sporty grey graphics.
TFT Screen Display
Another significant upgrade is the inclusion of a colour TFT display in the top-of-the-line TFT DD variant. The display features a contemporary, high-contrast interface with orange-black tones.
It offers over 99 connected features, including call notifications, a voice assistant, and navigation. It also provides ride reports, weather information, and real-time cricket scorecards. This makes it one of the most feature-loaded console displays in the 125cc class.
The earlier reverse LCD display has been retained in the SXC DD variant, offering 85+ connected features for customers looking for a budget-friendly alternative.
Features and Specifications
Apart from the display upgrade, other notable features include an LED headlight, follow-me-home lights, a side-stand engine cut-off system, and Glide Through Traffic (GTT) technology, which allows the bike to crawl forward in low-speed, stop-and-go traffic by simply releasing the clutch without throttle input.
For braking, it gets petal-type disc brakes with a single-channel ABS system.
Engine and Performance
The TVS Raider 125 is powered by an air- and oil-cooled, single-cylinder 124.8cc engine that produces 11.38 PS and 11.2 Nm of torque. The bike comes with a 5-speed transmission.
Competition and Market Position
With its sporty styling and feature-rich package, the Raider 125 competes with models like the Honda CB125 Hornet, Hero Xtreme 125R, and Bajaj Pulsar NS125.
With the introduction of new variants like the TFT DD and updated colour schemes, TVS aims to strengthen the Raider’s position in the highly competitive 125cc motorcycle segment.
