Priced at Rs 5.75 lakh, the limited-run motorcycle features bespoke styling inspired by the Caliber Royale custom and will be available through Royal Enfield’s Drop programme.
Royal Enfield has launched the new Shotgun 650 Rough Crafts Edition motorcycle, a limited-edition variant made in collaboration with the renowned Taiwanese custom house Rough Crafts. The bike comes with an ex-showroom price tag of Rs 5.75 lakh.
Bookings for the motorcycle have started via the Royal Enfield app and website from today and will continue until July 30. Bookings for the India allocation will begin at 7 PM IST on July 30.
Borrowing cues from the Caliber Royale custom
The Shotgun 650 Rough Crafts Edition takes inspiration from the Caliber Royale custom, created by Rough Crafts founder Winston Yeh. While the Caliber Royale was showcased at EICMA 2025 and later at Motoverse 2025 in India, this special edition takes cues from the custom motorcycle and infuses them into the production Shotgun 650.
About the RE Shotgun 650 Rough Crafts
In terms of aesthetics, the motorcycle gets a dual-tone colour scheme finished in Gloss Jet Black and Matte Stealth Black. Gold leaf striping and grey graphics have been applied by hand. There is an exclusive cast brass Rough Crafts Edition badge, along with individually numbered fuel tanks and black bar-end mirrors. Gold-finished front forks, alloy wheels with contrasting accents, and quilted leather seats add to the exclusivity of the motorcycle.
Every motorcycle will come equipped with a numbered artwork featuring a sketch of the Caliber Royale, designed and signed by Winston Yeh.
No changes to the engine
In terms of mechanical specifications, the Rough Crafts Edition is identical to the standard version. The 648cc air/oil-cooled parallel-twin engine produces 47 hp and 52.3 Nm of torque.
Availability
The motorcycles will be delivered to customers through Royal Enfield’s special ‘Drop’ system, with shipments scheduled across various global markets between July 27 and July 30. Potential buyers must register within the designated booking period before taking part in the sale scheduled for July 30.
With only 25 units available in India, the Shotgun 650 Rough Crafts Edition is sure to excite collectors and Royal Enfield enthusiasts.
