New variant gets revised ergonomics, softer suspension setup and exclusive colours while retaining its 457cc twin-cylinder engine.

The Aprilia brand has launched the Tuono 457 Special Edition for Rs 3.99 lakh (ex-showroom Maharashtra), which is focused on ergonomics over outright performance compared to its sibling models. Priced at only Rs 2,000 more than the regular Tuono 457, the new variant comes with updates that will make everyday city riding more comfortable.
Comfort-Oriented Updates

To begin with, the Tuono 457 Special Edition comes with an elevated handlebar, providing a more relaxed and upright riding posture. The company has also reworked the suspension tuning by softening its initial stroke and compression damping to provide a comfortable ride even on rough roads.
Same Engine And Equipment
Technically, the bike retains everything from its base model, starting with its 457cc twin-cylinder engine, which produces 47.6 horsepower and 43.5 Newton-metres of torque, as well as the 6-speed transmission.
The electronic equipment list is also unchanged, including the 5-inch TFT dashboard and traction control system. As an option, customers can equip their bikes with a bidirectional quickshifter.

The new Tuono 457 Special Edition from Aprilia is available with a special extended warranty of four years or 48,000 km.
Equipped with superior ergonomics and styling features, the new Tuono 457 Special Edition seeks to attract riders seeking a more practical variant of the popular naked middleweight motorcycle range from Aprilia.
