Spotted at showrooms ahead of launch, the new Speed 350 is set to take on Royal Enfield and Honda in the entry-level premium segment.

The Triumph Speed 350 is now making its way into selected dealerships before its official launch, indicating that the motorcycle will soon be launched in the Indian market. This bike belongs to the newly announced sub-350cc lineup from Triumph that will compete in the extremely competitive midsize segment, where Royal Enfield and Honda are major competitors.

Design and Styling

Following the design theme of previous Triumph models, the Speed 350 will likely offer users a unique neo-retro roadster style, with a look similar to that of its bigger siblings. Some of the most distinct features include round LED headlights, a stylish fuel tank, and a clean rear section.

Features and Equipment

As far as features go, the Speed 350 will be similar to its 400 sibling. This includes a digital dash, Bluetooth, and LED lights. Other features, such as ride-by-wire technology and a slipper clutch, might also be included, making it a premium offering.

Engine & Performance

The engine to be employed will be a brand-new 349cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder unit, engineered from the current 400cc range. In terms of output, the engine is anticipated to deliver around 35 bhp and 32–33 Nm of torque, coupled with a 6-speed transmission system. While there will be no significant increase in peak horsepower, low-end and mid-range capabilities are expected to improve, allowing the motorcycle to perform well in urban environments.

Suspension & Braking

In terms of hardware, the motorcycle will retain its current specifications, with front USD forks and a monoshock at the rear. The model is expected to have disc brakes at both the front and rear, along with a dual-channel ABS system.

Price and Date of Launch

The Triumph Speed 350 is anticipated to make its debut in India within the first week of April 2026, with the price estimated to fall between ₹2.2 lakh and ₹2.3 lakh (ex-showroom). As it falls under the category of motorcycles with an engine capacity below 350cc, it will attract lower taxation.
