The iconic Bullet enters the 650cc era with 47 hp, classic styling and improved touring comfort.

Royal Enfield has launched the all-new Bullet 650 in India at a starting price of Rs 3.65 lakh (ex-showroom). First showcased globally at the EICMA motorcycle show, the Bullet 650 becomes the latest addition to Royal Enfield’s growing family of parallel-twin motorcycles.
Positioned as one of the most accessible motorcycles on Royal Enfield’s 650cc platform, the Bullet 650 joins models such as the Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650, Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 and Royal Enfield Classic 650.
Price And Variants
The Royal Enfield Bullet 650 is offered in a single variant and is available in two colour options: Canon Black and Battleship Blue.
Its starting price matches the lower variants of the Classic 650 Twin, including the Bruntingthorpe Blue and Vallam Red versions. However, it is Rs 14,000 more affordable than the chrome-finished Classic 650 Twin, making it a relatively accessible option within Royal Enfield’s twin-cylinder lineup.
Classic Bullet Styling

The Bullet 650 retains the iconic design language that has defined the Bullet nameplate for decades. It features several traditional styling elements, including hand-painted pinstripes, metal fuel tank badges and a distinctive square-shaped rear fender that helps differentiate it from the Classic 650.
Other retro touches include a chrome-finished headlamp nacelle, a vintage-style tail lamp and a timeless silhouette that remains instantly recognisable as a Bullet.
More Practical Seating Setup

One of the key differences between the Bullet 650 and the Classic 650 Twin lies in the seating arrangement.
While the Classic 650 Twin uses a removable pillion seat with mounting brackets, the Bullet 650 features a single-piece stepped seat. Royal Enfield claims this setup offers improved comfort for both rider and passenger, particularly during long-distance touring.
Features And Equipment

The Bullet 650 shares its semi-digital instrument cluster with the Classic 650 Twin. The setup combines an analogue speedometer with a digital display that provides information such as the odometer, trip meter and fuel level.
The motorcycle also receives premium touches such as polished aluminium switchgear, enhancing its retro appeal.
Proven 648cc Twin-Cylinder Engine

Powering the Bullet 650 is Royal Enfield’s well-established 648cc parallel-twin engine. The air-and-oil-cooled motor produces 47 hp and 52 Nm of torque and is paired with a six-speed gearbox.
Suspension duties are handled by Showa telescopic front forks offering 120 mm of travel and twin rear shock absorbers with 90 mm of travel. Braking performance comes from disc brakes at both ends.
Position In The Market
With the introduction of the Bullet 650, Royal Enfield further strengthens its presence in India’s midsize retro motorcycle segment. The new model is aimed at riders seeking the timeless appeal of the Bullet brand combined with the performance, refinement and touring capability of the company’s proven 650cc twin-cylinder platform.
