Hyundai To Raise Car Prices By Up To 1% From September 2026

Hyundai Motor India will increase prices across its entire locally-made range from September, with the hike expected to add up to Rs 23,672 depending on the model and variant.

Hyundai Motor India has announced a price hike of up to 1 per cent across its entire portfolio, effective from September 2026. The automaker has attributed the increase to higher input and commodity costs, rising operational expenses, and continued geopolitical and macroeconomic uncertainties.

The company has not announced the revised prices for individual variants yet. However, the hike is expected to range from Rs 7,767 to Rs 23,672, depending on the model and variant.

Hyundai says it has continued to offset some of the cost increases through internal cost optimisation. However, the continuing cost pressures now mean that some of the additional burden will have to be passed on to customers.

Estimated Hyundai Prices After The 1% Hike

The upcoming revision will be Hyundai’s third price hike in 2026, following previous price increases announced in January and June.

Different models and variants will have different revised prices. However, if you are planning to buy a Hyundai car, you might want to consider doing so before the revised prices come into effect in September.
