Hyundai Motor India Limited has introduced the new Hyundai Exter Knight, which comes with a sporty blacked-out look and enhances its presence as a compact SUV. The latest version of the Exter has been introduced as part of Hyundai’s popular range of ‘Knight’ variants, which have recorded sales of over 1 lakh units since their launch in 2022.
Key Features of New Hyundai Exter Knight

The Exter Knight receives various exclusive changes to its exterior, with black being the main theme. These include matte-black Hyundai and Exter badges, dark grey front and rear bumper garnishes, dark grey side-sill garnish and a unique Knight badge.
The Hyundai Exter Knight comes with R15 sporty black alloy wheels, along with dark grey-styled steel wheels on selected variants. Red brake calipers at the front complete the sporty look.
Inside, the Exter Knight comes with a black interior with brass finishes, black semi-fabric seats and amber-coloured footwell ambient lighting.
Engine and Specifications
The Hyundai Exter Knight features a 1.2-litre, 4-cylinder Kappa petrol engine. There is a choice of a 5-speed manual and Smart Auto AMT gearbox.
Another option is the 1.2-litre bi-fuel Kappa petrol-CNG engine, coupled with a 5-speed manual gearbox. The variants available with the Exter Knight include the HX 6 and HX 10 versions, with the HX 10 being available with the petrol-AMT powertrain.
The editions are available in five colours – Titanium Black, Atlas White, Starry Night, Titan Grey and Golden Bronze.
Hyundai Exter Knight: Price

The Hyundai Exter Knight is priced between Rs 8.13 lakh and Rs 9.61 lakh (ex-showroom). The HX 6 Knight petrol-MT is priced at Rs 8.13 lakh, while the petrol-AMT variant costs Rs 8.73 lakh. The CNG-manual version is priced at Rs 9.09 lakh, while the top-of-the-line HX 10 Knight petrol-AMT costs Rs 9.61 lakh.
